When using our online enquiry form please state if you are a new or an existing customer and please be sure to include your name, a contact number, your full address including your postcode and the quantity of logs you are after. Please also state if you are looking to purchase Naturally Seasoned or Kiln Dried logs. This will help us deal with your request as quickly as possible.

Please note, on the day(s) following your online enquiry submission, please be sure to check your email spam and junk folders as well as your inbox folder as unfortunately it has been known for a reply from us to go straight into these mail boxes and not directly into the inbox folder resulting in missed replies and delivery dates offered.

We will always aim to respond to your enquiry on the same day (during business hours) but please note, a response may sometimes be the next working day due to order/enquiry volumes especially during peak times of the year. 

We do not offer a collection or a log stacking service.

We deliver Monday - Saturday to try to accomodate our customers around their busy schedules.
